Winners of the program celebrating graduates of Ontario’s colleges are set to be announced Nov. 25 in Toronto.

More than 100 college graduates are nominated each year for the awards recognizing achievements in areas such as health care, science, technology and engineering, community services, the arts, business and skilled trades, according to the website for the Colleges Ontario program.

“It’s an incredible honor to celebrate the impact our alumni have in their chosen professions,” Lambton College president Rob Kardas said in a news release.

“In addition to their professional success, skills and work ethic, this year’s nominees have also demonstrated an unwavering commitment to creating meaningful change in the industries and communities they serve,” he said.
