Norway: Suspected spy worked at the US embassy
A Norwegian man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of espionage. The man worked as a security guard at the US embassy in Oslo, confirms the Norwegian security police PTS, which is cooperating with US authorities in the case.
The man has admitted to collecting and sharing information with Russian and Iranian intelligence services.
According to the prosecutor, large amounts of digital material have been seized in the investigation, NRK reports. Among other things, dialogues have been found where the man receives instructions from his task leader.

40 Shiites killed in attack in Pakistan
About 40 people were killed when gunmen opened fire on a convoy of vehicles in Kurram in northwestern Pakistan on Thursday. At least ten people are being treated in hospital for serious injuries.
The attack is the deadliest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in recent years, according to police. The victims were Shiites, who are a minority in the Sunni Muslim country, but in the majority in the Kurram region.
The vehicles were heading towards the provincial capital Peshawar when the attack took place. According to an eyewitness, the shooting went on for about 40 minutes.
