Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexandr Kozlov visited North Korea to hold political contacts. The North Korean government reported that a Commercial, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation Protocol was signed between Kozlov and North Korean Foreign Economic Relations Minister Yun Jong Ho. While information about the content of the agreement was not shared, Russian media announced that the parties reached an agreement to increase the number of scheduled flights between the two countries.
‘RARE ANIMALS’ WERE GIVEN AS A GIFT
It was stated that Kozlov and his accompanying delegation left North Korea last night.
In a separate statement made by the North Korean government, it was noted that Putin sent “rare animals” as a gift to Kim through Kozlov and his delegation.
RUSSIAN DELEGATION WENT TO NORTH KOREA
Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexandr Kozlov went to Pyongyang on November 17 with his accompanying delegation to attend the 11th North Korea-Russia Intergovernmental Trade, Economy, Science and Technology Cooperation Committee meeting. It was announced that Kozlov had a friendly meeting with the country’s leader Kim Jong during his visit.
