De Volksbank intervenes more than 700 jobs gone branches closed

Utrecht – De Volksbank, one of the largest employers in the municipality of Utrecht, will cut 700 to 750 jobs. Forced redundancies “cannot be ruled out”, reports the management at the head office on Croeselaan. The reorganization is expected to result in structural cost savings of approximately 70 million euros.
