The last time MSB sent its crisis brochure was in 2018. Since then, the security situation has changed and Sweden has become a member of NATO, which has its impact on the content.
– It is no secret that the security situation has deteriorated since the previous brochure was issued in 2018. With a changed world situation, it is necessary to update the information for Sweden’s households to reflect our times, says Carl-Oskar Bohlin, Minister for Civil Defense in a previous press release from the Ministry of Defence.
From November 18 to November 29, over five million updated crisis brochures will be sent out.
