A second complaint for sexual assault and attempted sexual assault was filed against Slimane.

After the earthquake that occurred three weeks ago with the filing of a first complaint, The Parisian reports a first response. A second complaint was in fact filed this Monday, November 18 by another technician from Slimane’s tour. While the first complaint was about sexual harassment, the second complaint against Slimane was filed for sexual assault and attempted sexual assault. The facts also date back to the night of December 17 to 18, 2023 and would have taken place in Saint-Étienne.

The man who made the complaint is 33 years old. A lighting technician, he worked for Play Two, which is none other than the producer of Slimane’s tour. Like the entire artistic team, he would have taken part in a backstage evening organized after the concert at the Zénith in Saint-Étienne to mark the end of the first part of the “Cupidon Tour”, the tour taking a break during the holidays. In his complaint, the technician explains that he was dancing on the floor when, after midnight, the singer passed behind him and whispered in his ear: “Hey, you’re good.” To which he would have responded, in a joking tone: “I’m good, but only on Sundays.” Slimane then allegedly grabbed the technician by the waist, adding: “I don’t care, it’s Saturday evening.”

According to the complaint, The Parisian was able to consult, the technician claims that Slimane would then have placed his erect penis between her buttocks. The singer would also have started to bring his hand towards the technician’s penis before his own brother stopped him. Seeing that some witnesses to the scene were filming, the artist’s brother then allegedly ordered everyone to “delete all videos of what happened.” In the process, the technician would have, according to him, been exfiltrated by his colleagues.

The technician claims to have spoken about all this to relatives shortly after the events, but above all to have discovered in January that other technicians had experienced similar events and that two had even left the tour for this reason. Demanding with three colleagues a meeting with his bosses, all wanting to end their contract, he explains that the managers of Play Two would have minimized the facts. Slimane’s entourage, who was contacted by The Parisianhas not yet commented on this new complaint.
