The “Game Awards” are presented once a year to games and developers. MeinMMO explains which games are nominated for 2024.

What are the Game Awards? The “Game Awards” are comparable to the Oscars in the film industry: once a year, at the beginning of December, developers and outstanding games are awarded prizes for their achievements. This includes the Game of the Year (GOTY) award. By the way, in 2023 that was Baldur’s Gate 3, where its boss appeared in thick armor.

When will the 2024 “Game Awards” be presented? The 2024 “Game Awards” will be presented on Friday, December 13, 2024, between 1:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. In Germany it is the middle of the night. The nominated games have already been determined in advance.
