Truls Möregårdh has grown to a popular profile after a successful year. Last week he was a guest on the popular TV show “Carina Bergfeldt”.

Truls Möregårdh is with the table tennis player Leah Muskantor. In an interview with News24 he told about how the couple met.
– We met quite reasonably through ping-pong then, because she also plays. Her sister was very good too. I have won the SM in mixed doubles with her sister, so we have known each other for a longer period, says Möregårdh and continues:
– She lived in Köping before so it was difficult to get the relationship together then, but now she has moved down to Skåne so now everything works well.
Möregårdh is asked if the couple would like to spar something – as they are both skilled table tennis players.
– No, we don’t, says Möregårdh and laughs.
He fills in:
– But absolutely, we talk ping-pong and help each other.

Ping-pong is the biggest sport in China, where it has dominated the sport for many years. Möregårdh’s progress has given him a big boost in China in particular.
Among other things, he has received an unexpected nickname in China.
He is called, according to GPfor Xiǎo Mò which translated into Swedish means young, cute and energetic.

He has also competed a lot in China. In the month of September, he was in the city of Macao to compete. Then he and his girlfriend Leah, who was there to support Möregårdh, ended up in a chaotic situation.

Möregårdh was in the popular TV show “Carina Bergfeldt” – where the journalist Carina Bergfeldt asking out celebrities. In the program Möregårdh was together with JO Waldner participating.
In the show, he talks about his fans in China, which makes both Bergfeldt and Waldner a little embarrassed.
– My experience of being in China and playing matches now…so it’s 98 percent girls between the ages of 15 and 20.
He is asked what interpretation he puts into it.
– I don’t know, I’ve been shocked every time because it’s really 98 percent girls. When I play in Sweden and in Europe, it’s 98 percent old men, he says and laughs.
