Open AI has developed the popular artificial intelligence program Chat GPT. Microsoft is the main funder of Open AI.
Musk accuses Microsoft and Open AI of distorting competition in the artificial intelligence market.
According to Musk, the companies are trying to get a monopoly in artificial intelligence technology. In addition, Musk accuses Open AI of aggressive recruiting and a contract with the US Department of Defense.
Microsoft declined to comment on the amended lawsuit.
