The incident occurred on the night of October 31. A video from the operation shows how a police officer smashes the roof window of a car sitting at the bottom of a pool, then pulls the car’s driver out before the car completely fills with water.
The driver has stated to the police that he accidentally pressed the gas too hard, drove through a fence and then into the pool.
The man, who was alone in the car, escaped unhurt but was taken to hospital for a check-up.
