Pine needle tea, a preparation that helps regulate blood pressure

Few herbalists sell pine needles, but it is still possible to find them. Once you have some, you can prepare the decoction by putting “2 teaspoons of pine needles in cold water, in a saucepan, then bringing the mixture to a boil and covering everything with a lid” advises the specialist.
Leave to simmer for a few minutes, then turn off the heat. “After these two minutes of simmering on the heat, turn off and let the decoction take place for another 8 to 10 minutes, with the lid still on the pan.. Once this time has passed, you can filter the herbal tea and pour yourself a glass.
Our expert recommends taking it once a day for three weeks, then stopping for a week. “It is also possible to take it three days a week, for example.”
