“Promo A” cards in Pokémon TCG Pocket are cards that you don’t get from boosters. We have summarized what they are and how you can get them.
What are promo cards? As the name suggests, these cards are cards that you receive through certain functions or events in the game. So you can’t pull them out of boosters regularly.
There are a total of 23 cards you can receive in the “Promo A” series. We have looked at exactly how this works for you.
Trainer cards from Promo A
What item and support cards are there? You can get a total of 6 item cards and a supporter card in the “Promo A” series. These are the following cards:
Some of the cards can be obtained in simple versions by completing the advanced tutorials in the game.
You can also purchase these 7 cards from Promo A in the shop. Each one of them costs 2 shop tickets.
Promo A Pokémon Cards
Most, although not all, of the Pokémon cards from the “Promo A” series can be found in the in-game events so far. The maps published so far are the following.
Tickets through the Premium Pass:
This card is currently only available in the Premium Pass Shop. Here it costs 1 premium ticket.
Miracle Choice Event Maps:
These two cards are part of the Miracle Choice event. It is not yet known whether they can be obtained differently after the event.
Maps of the Lapras Ex event:
You can receive one of these 5 cards each if you successfully fight in the drop event (Lapras-Ex).
Other cards in the series: No further cards from the “Promo A” series have been officially confirmed yet. As additional cards are confirmed, we will update the list accordingly.
