Intesa Sanpaolo UBS and Santander confirm opinions after raising guidance

(Finance) – The new edition of Digital Restartthe free training project of Intesa Sanpaolo And Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Bankingwhich helps people unemployed over 40s to develop new practical digital skills (marketing, customer management, digital tools, data visualization) and transversal (motivation to change, collaboration, emotional agility, effective communication, public speaking) to facilitate their reintegration into the job market. One hundred people have already been helped in the last four editions, two out of three have found work, mostly women.

In addition to period formative of twelve weeks with in-person and online teaching, interviews with companies and workshops held by Career Management experts are facilitated.

On further thousand nominations receivedfifty people were selected to attend the master’s course in two classes in Milan and Rome based on curriculum, technical knowledge, attitude and motivation, unemployed or in a situation of work difficulty for about a year and with fifteen years of previous work experience .

The initiative confirms the role of the Group led by the Managing Director and CEO Carlo Messina as an institution that wants to make a real contribution to communitythrough the Intesa Sanpaolo social structure dedicated to combating poverty, promoting inclusion and cohesion and managing all social activities.
