King of Britain Charles turns 76 today. On his birthday, the king will open two food distribution centers as part of a project that aims to reduce food waste and at the same time reduce hunger, says Sky News.
The king also participates in a surplus food festival at one of the distribution centers, where meals are prepared from food that would otherwise go to waste.
Charles became king in September 2022 his mother the queen of Elizabeth II after death.
