(Finance) – With reference to the public takeover offer (OPA) partial voluntary promoted by CIRa company listed on Euronext Milan which is owned by the De Benedetti family, the bidder announced that CONSOB has restarted the investigation deadlines starting from November 13, 2024. These investigation deadlines will expire on November 21, 2024.
