Lauri Markkanen went wild at the opening of the NBA

Utah’s Finnish star Lauri Markkanen scored 17 points and made five assists.

The Utah Jazz lost to the top team of the Western Conference, the Phoenix Suns, 112-120 in the basketball NBA.

The Suns took control of the game already in the opening quarter, and the Jazz couldn’t get within striking distance. Suns Devin Booker (31 points) and Bradley Beal (24 points) led the away team’s attack.

Jazz’s leading scorer had 29 points and 10 rebounds John Collins.

Utah’s Finnish star Lauri Markkanen spent a little over 31 minutes on the floor, bagged 17 points and made five assists leading to the basket. Two out of five of the three sank. Markkanen had two rebounds.

Utah, which is at the bottom of the league, has lost eight of the ten games it has played.
