Customer suffered severe burns from Rusta’s balloons
The report states that the customer and his son had an allergic reaction to the balloons. The customer believes that the incident posed a risk of injury or personal injury.
“Inflated balloons, get in connection with this itching in the eye. My eye itches and it starts to sting strongly. The burning persists for more than an hour despite washing. My son played with the inflated balloons and got a rash on his skin. I therefore suspect that the balloons contain a harmful substance,” the customer wrote in his report to the Swedish Consumer Agency.
