US forces have struck Iran-linked targets in Syria, the US military’s Middle East Command, Centcom, announced in a post on X overnight Wednesday.
According to the post, the attacks must have taken place after a rocket attack against the US base in northeastern Syria, which is said not to have caused any personal or material damage.
“We have made it clear that attacks against US personnel, partner forces and facilities will not be tolerated,” writes Centcom.
