Hammarby IF, represented by goalkeeper Anna Tamminen and goalkeeper Eva Nyström, lost to Manchester City in the Champions League.
Helmarien players who were at the opening Anna Tamminen and topper Eva Nyström played the full minutes of the game as Manchester City beat Hammarby IF 2–0 in their women’s Champions League home match.
City midfielder Laura Blindkilde Brown scored the opening goal from close range at the beginning of the second half of Mary Fowler input. Tamminen was powerless in the situation between the posts.
In the 79th minute of the match, the Japanese striker, who previously missed a couple of tasty situations Aoba Fujino20, made a header even while plunging. The final score was 2–0.
City won the goal scoring attempts 16–6, but only 3–2 on goal. The corners were marked 5–5.

Hammarby IF has beaten St. Pölten 2–0 in the first group and lost not only to City but also to Barcelona away with numbers 0–9. Next, Hammarby will get to seek revenge when they face City on their home field next week, Thursday, November 21.
