TV4 will move.
In the fall of 2026, the new head office in Frihamnen is planned to be completed.
– In the new premises, we will create the TV4 of the future for our viewers, says Mathias Berg, CEO, TV4.
Castellum has signed a 15-year lease with TV4 for approximately 15,000 square meters in Stockholm’s Hamnkvarter. The Rotterdam 1 property is to be adapted to meet high ambitions in digital broadcasting technology and be an “open and vibrant meeting place for modern television production”, its employees and guests.
– This is a fantastic opportunity for both us and TV4 to create a media house at the absolute forefront, both technically and in terms of interior design. The TV house will also contribute with a pulse that benefits this entire expansive area, which will see a high rate of development in the next few years, says Joacim Sjöberg, CEO, Castellum AB.
Moving in 2026
The property is planned to be completed and ready for occupancy in autumn 2026. The property’s total area of 21,000 square meters will therefore be largely fully let. Other tenants in the property are Kanal 75, The Faculty, Head, Eatery and NEP Sweden AB, where the latter will move in the first half of 2025. Castellum has its own regional and head office in the property but will move to new premises next year.
– We are incredibly happy that TV4 is getting a new headquarters. We are on a journey to face a more digital future. In the new premises, we will create the TV4 of the future for our viewers and users with modern technology and an inspiring work environment, where we can continue to build a strong corporate culture that promotes collaboration and creativity, says Mathias Berg, CEO, TV4.
