USA University of Michigan consumer confidence expected to increase in

(Finance) – Expected improvement American consumer confidence to November 2024. According to preliminary data from the University of Michigan, consumer sentiment is estimated to increase to 73 points compared to 70.5 points in October and against a rise of up to 71 points estimated by analysts.

In the same period the index on present situation fell to 64.4 points from 64.9, while the index on expectations it rose to 78.5 points from the previous 74.1.
