The Regional Song Contest was organized in Maastricht for the second time, after Limburg won the first edition in Utrecht last year. Swinkels kicked off the day with his song ‘When will I see you again’. After all entries had been submitted, a professional jury from each region had to award points. People could also cast their votes at home.
