Andersson has suffered from several knee injuries during his career and has now supported the Norwegian with tips and advice to come back even stronger.
– Ebba has been through a lot, and it’s just a matter of letting yourself be inspired. She has come back strong each time. I got tips from Ebba at the beginning about what I could do, says Fossesholm in the interview.
– There were tips about seated stacking and a kind of crossfit bike. It had worked well for Ebba. We are competitors, but also friends. Everyone wants the starting field to be as strong as possible, that’s the most fun.
Now Helene Marie Fossesholm will rebuild her body in order to be as effective as possible for the big goal next season. Which, of course, is the Skiing WC on home ground in Trondheim.
