At the end of May, the Healthcare and Youth Inspectorate found a long list of serious shortcomings at RaYan and decided to close it. At the location at the Forel in Amersfoort there were health risks due to contamination by urine and feces. The inspection found feces on sofas in the living room, on light switches and on walls.
