(Finance) – Sesa has announced that, as part of the program for the purchase of its own ordinary shares, between 28 October and 1 November 2024, it has overall purchased 8,408 own ordinary sharesat an average unit price of 80.43814 euros per share before commissions, for a countervalue equal to 676,324 euros.
As of November 1, the company that offers IT and digital services for the business segment owns a total of 93,753 ordinary shares, equal to 0.60506925% of the current share capital.
On the Milanese price list, today, subdued Sesawhich closed the session with a drop of 1.92%.
