    November got off to a windy start for many around Sweden, but already next week the weather will turn.

    SMHI has issued a yellow warning for high water levels in southern Scania.

    The warning is valid from 01 o’clock tonight until 08 o’clock on Monday morning.

    “Local damage or flooding may occur along the south coast when the water level rises,” SMHI writes on its website.

    Low-lying piers and quays, roads or buildings are at risk of being flooded.

    Israel’s military says it has carried out a ground attack in Syria, capturing a Syrian citizen with links to Iran.

    It is the first time that Israel has confirmed a ground operation in Syria, which is close to Iran.

    Israel’s military did not state where in Syria the ground raid took place, nor exactly when the capture was made – but only states that the operation was carried out “in recent months”.

    The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) previously reported that a Syrian man was captured by Israeli forces in July.
