Pro-Russian presidential candidate Alexandr Stoianoglo is heading for victory in the second round of Moldova’s presidential election, according to Ziarul de Garda.
With 1 695 out of 2 219 districts counted, he leads with 52 percent of the vote. Incumbent President Maia Sandu gets 48 percent.
