After just ten seconds, Pontus Vilén made it 1-0 after driving in from the left and putting the ball high. Soon after, Västerås came again on the left wing. Viktor Spångberg played the ball in to Max Mårtensson who made it 2-0 after 1.42 and then crashed into the goal and got a little hurt.
After Wilhelm Frimodig was 3-0 in the eleventh minute, Frillesås took a timeout in Ruddalen’s ice hall in Västra Frölunda, where Frillesås has moved to. Already there, the match was decided and the balls then tumbled into a fierce current in this one-sided event that belonged to Hannah Pettersson.
28-year-old Hannah Pettersson was assistant referee, a piece of history in Swedish bandy.
– It feels great. It’s fun to get the chance and it’s a kind of confirmation that all the hard work and effort you’ve put in for a few years is paying off, says Pettersson to Bandypuls.
