(Finance) – The Italian Accounting Body (OIC) was nominated by Trustee of the IFRS Foundation as member of the Accounting Standards Advisory Forum (ASAF) for the next three years, starting from 1 January 2025. Asaf is the technical advisory body of the IASB, chaired by the president or vice-president of the IASB, which operates with the aim of supporting it in the process of defining international accounting standards .
There OIC delegation will be guided by the professor Elbano de Nucciomember of the OIC Board of Directors and president of the National Council of Accountants. De Nuccio will be assisted by Simone Sceptri, president of the OIC accounting standards committee and by Tommaso Fabi, technical director of OIC.
