Heliovaara and Pattens winning streak took them to the semi finals

Harri Heliövaara and Henry Patten took a hard-fought victory.

Harri Heliövaara and Henry Patten beat a Croatian pair in the second round of the Paris Masters tournament Marin Cilic / Ivan Dodig after a hard fight 6–3, 6–7, 10–8. The eighth-placed Finnish-British couple went directly to the second round of the tournament.

Heliövaara and Patten were already close to victory in the second set, when they led the tie-break 4–1 and their own passes were coming. However, the cutoff game went to the Croatians 7–5. Heliövaara and Patten eventually won the decisive match tiebreak 10–8.

After the Masters tournament in Paris, Heliövaara and Patten still have the ATP final tournament for the top eight pairs of the season in Turin.
