During Thursday and Friday, strong winds are expected to affect train traffic. According to information from the Swedish Transport Administration, it has been decided to close several lanes in connection with weather warnings from SMHI.
One of the sections affected is the Tjustbanan, which is said to be closed from 8:30 p.m. on Thursday evening until 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
According to a press release from the Swedish Transport Administration, the sections are closed for safety reasons, and more sections may be closed depending on the weather.
