(Finance) – The definitive results of the offer of Fnac Darty and Ruby confirm the provisional results: the bidders secure 71.5% of the share capital of Unieuro.
This can be read in a note from Fnac, which specifies the final results of the offer: 67.1% of the share capital of Unieuro tendered, which, added to the 4.4% already held by Fnac Darty, represents the 71.5% of Unieuro’s share capital.
The offer has become effective and the payment of the consideration will be made on November 1st.
There reopening of the deadlines will take place between 4 and 8 Novemberwith the possibility for the remaining shareholders to accept the offer under the same conditions as the acceptance period.
