(Finance) – Ecomembranesa Cremona-based company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the design and construction of gas storage and containment systems for the production of green energy, announced that its subsidiary SBS Solar has the transfer of rights was completed for the development, construction and exploitation of a photovoltaic system with an expected production capacity of approximately 10 MWp, located in Lombardy, signed with Romea Srl, a company belonging to the Bluenergy-Gas Sales Group.
The consideration for the transfer of rights to the project amounts to approximately 2.1 million euros beyond legal VAT; the transfer is subject to the failure to meet certain resolution conditions typical for similar transactions.
