For more than a year, mobile operators and internet service providers (ISPs) have been increasing the prices of their subscriptions. Just last month, Orange sent an email to its customers discreetly mentioning the introduction of new fees, in small print. But we are never safe from a pleasant surprise, the proof is!
At the beginning of October, Orange’s low-cost subsidiary modified its optical fiber offer, increasing the speed without inflating the price – for once! Until now, Sosh fiber was offered at 30.99 euros per month with, most often, a promotional period at 20.99 euros per month for 6 to 12 months. The offer is evolving and now goes to 25.99 euros per month without promotional period for new subscribers. But some customers can also benefit from it, provided they make the request via their personal space.
Sosh fiber: a free change of offer, but to do it yourself
For this price, subscribers benefit from a Livebox 5 equipped with Wi-Fi 5, with a speed of 400 Mbit/s, without television service. But new subscribers aren’t the only ones who can take advantage of this new price. In fact, customers with an offer of 30.99 euros per month can also upgrade to 25.99 euros per month. However, they must carry out the manipulation themselves, directly via the customer area. This still represents a nice saving of 60 euros per year!
Note that Sosh also facilitates the migration of old mobile customers, who can migrate to plans that are much more advantageous than the plans currently offered, but for the same price. This is for example the case of a 200 GB 5G package at 20.99 euros per month which is not offered to new customers. A welcome change!
