NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte confirms that North Korean soldiers have been sent to Russia, reports Reuters.
– I can confirm that North Korean troops have been sent to Russia and that North Korean military units have been deployed in the Kursk region, says Mark Rutte, according to the news agency.
He is now calling on Russia and North Korea to stop this immediately.
