The President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, is undertaking a three-day state visit to Rabat in Morocco this Monday, October 28. A trip which is part of the perspective of reconciliation and relaxation, followed by a projection on the future of relations between the two countries, at the end of a tense diplomatic sequence lasting three years.
