Being successful at cooking can really be an art.

The most common way to prepare minced meat is probably familiar to many.

You put the mince in a frying pan, divide it into smaller pieces with a frying spatula and then fry it evenly until the red, raw color changes to brown.

But here, many people are crazy about the heat being too low – and when the meat releases liquid and fat, it is boiled instead of browned. Here you miss out on both the frying surface and taste.

So the next time you’re in the process of roasting ground beef, do this:

  • Turn on the highest heat, put the minced meat down.
  • Let the liquid boil off and brown your meat properly.
  • Do you fry a lot of minced meat at the same time? Fry a little at a time.

    The question of how to fry your minced meat correctly has also reached Tiktok.

    The account @livsgourmanderna has, among other things, posted a clip where she roasts the minced meat, according to the method she has always done.

    – I have seen so many people on Tiktok who comment on clips about minced meat and how a minced meat is fried. “Why are you frying wrong?”, “Why can’t anyone on Tiktok fry minced meat?”. And I kind of don’t understand, what’s wrong?, says the account’s owner Jasmine in the clip.

    The answer she gets is precisely that many are careless about letting the minced meat brown properly.

    “Let it get more colour. The liquid has to be removed otherwise it won’t be fried but just boiled. The frying surface also adds good flavour,” writes a follower in the comments section.
