The placement price was equal to 0.60 euros per share, below the range identified previously (between 0.70 and 1.50 euros per share). The floating it is at 10.58%, with 8 shareholders at the time of admission.
The Board of Directors is made up of: Daniele Filizola (President and CEO); Anna Cosentino (Councillor); Federico Giannandrea (Independent Director).
After admission, i major shareholders they are: Filizola Srl (a company entirely attributable to Daniele Filizola) with 77.70%; Anna Cosentino with 5.86% and Daniele Filizola with 5.86%.
