(Finance) – As part of the public purchase and exchange offer (OPAS) promoted by Fnac Darty and Ruby Equity Investment on Unieuroa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the distribution of consumer electronics and household appliances in Italy, it appears that today 25 October 2024 6,304,664 membership requests were submitted.
Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 13,990,650, equal to 70.1775% of the offer and equal to 70.1469% of the possible maximum 19,944,793 shares offered in the event of the exercise of stock options.
The offering began on September 2, 2024 and is ended today 25 October 2024. Borsa Italiana reminds you that Unieuro ordinary shares purchased on the market on 24 and 25 October 2024 cannot be tendered to the offer.
