(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Eprcommunicationa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in communication and public relations, has carried out a major restructuring of its managerial structure and operational delegations with the nomination of Paola Garifi as President45 years old, professional journalist, and the appointment of Daniele Albanese as CEO40 years old, until today CEO of the subsidiary Justbit. The new CEO was granted management and operational powers in substantial continuity with those previously attributed to Camillo Ricci.
The current President and CEO as well as reference shareholder Camillo Ricci has resigned all operational rolesmaintaining the position of non-executive director and the role of investor relator.
The new governance, proposed by President Ricci and approved by the Council, was designed “to support the challenges that the group is preparing to face according to the guidelines presented to investors, which require better organisation, new planning and operational impetus and ever greater attention to the digital market”, we read in a note.
The reorganization of delegations is completed by the appointment of Simone Notargiacomo40 years old, software engineer, how CEO of Justbit.
“The growth path undertaken with the listing – declared Camillo Ricci – is now accompanied by an organizational turning point for the group, which takes into account a market that evolves quickly especially in a digital key and is increasingly demanding. This is why we have decided to valorise the energies of younger professionals, an expression of a new way of understanding the role of the communicator, increasingly characterized by technological innovation and a strong focus on inclusion and sustainability”.
