Niels de Jong, owner of flower shop Naturally Bloemen, is also happy. “Something has to be done, that’s clear,” he says. His flower shop has been in the building for about five years. “The center is outdated, so the face could change a bit.” De Jong hopes to be able to actively think about the future of the shopping center. “For me it is especially important that I maintain the size of my property.”
