Jonna Sundling made a big impression last season.
Now she is looking ahead to an even better one with the World Ski Championships in sight.
The sprint star shows off the long-awaited announcement that all Swedes like.
The last ski season was about a lot Linn Svahns big comeback and hot duels with Kristine Stavå’s Ski City. But precisely within the sprint we easily forget that Jonna Sundling had a really good season at the World Cup.
Sundling’s success
In fact, it was Sundling’s best World Cup season of his career to date with an impressive nine individual podium finishes, including two victories in the sprint and 10 kilometer classic. Jonna was also involved and contributed to winning two relays during the winter.

Now she is fully charging ahead of the upcoming ski season, and there is of course the big goal of the 2025 World Ski Championships in Trondheim. We all know what a fantastic championship skier the Swedish sprint specialist is with double WC gold in 2021, Olympic gold in 2022 and double WC gold again in 2023.
Jonna’s message
During the summer, there has been a lot of training with roller skis, but now winter is starting to come in leaps and bounds, and then Jonna Sundling reveals a long-awaited announcement.

On social media, the 29-year-old has posted pictures of himself from the very first snow training, see for yourself below. With real skis and white powder under the boots.
“You know the season is approaching when the snow premiere is done!”, she writes on Instagram.
The post has received over 9,000 likes and many Swedes are just as excited as Sundling about the new ski season. Several people really appreciate the photos on Instagram and want to send their congratulations.
“My absolute favorite! Jonna Sundling you are the best,” writes one user.
“It will be great fun to follow another season, good luck,” writes another.
“So looking forward to the premiere in Bruksvallarna. The signal that it is now winter,” writes a third.
