[Mis à jour le 23 octobre 2024 à 16h38] The 13th edition of the PGW is in full swing in halls 1, 2.2 and 3 of Paris Expo at Porte de Versailles until Sunday October 27. Gamers will test numerous preview video games from Activision, EA or Square Enix, Ubisoft, Sony and Epic Games. Paris Games Week also includes competitions and tournaments with a dedicated 3,000 m² Sports & Esport Village, cosplay parades, new gaming accessories as well as technological innovations from manufacturers, publishers, prop makers and French studios or Europeans.
Come discover the best of video game publishers in preview: Double Dragon Revive, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Hunter X Hunter Nen Impact, Farming Simulator 25, Little Nightmares III, TEKKEN or even Just Dance 2025. Nintendo announces a long list of games to discover before everyone else on its stand with obviously The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom And Super Mario Party Jamboree. As for the “made in France” space, it is back for the 10e consecutive year to highlight innovation with a long list of French games to discover.
This year, a large-scale novelty awaits fans of Japanese culture with a new space, called “Manga District by Mangas.IO“, which extends over nearly 400 m², offering enthusiasts a real journey without leaving Paris, with the reconstitution of the unique atmosphere of a Shōtengai, these typical Japanese shopping streets, for a total change of scenery.
What is the program for Paris Games Week 2024?
During this week of festivities we will obviously find different activities offered by the event’s partners. They bring together Esport competitions where a 2,000-seat stage awaits spectators, meeting times with different personalities and internet influencers, game presentations and different stands to test the next and latest video game releases.
A new 400 m² space is dedicated to manga culture and numerous games at the crossroads between several media are presented such as MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics, DRAGON BALL! Sparkling! ZERO, Star Wars Outlaws, League of Legends, Marvel Rivals and The Ants and The Smurfs. Finally, a unique transmedia project: Unknown 9: Awakening, can be discovered on the Bandai Namco stand.
Cosplay has its own dedicated village, at the entrance to pavilion 2.2., with an immersive postapocalyptic fresco featuring characters from various gaming and pop culture universes to discover urgently!
