A grenade exploded in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, on Wednesday.
The explosion killed one person and injured 11. According to the country’s Ministry of the Interior, the explosion took place at a busy market in the city.
– One of the perpetrator’s legs was amputated, and he is now in custody, receiving treatment and being interrogated by the authorities, a spokesman for the Ministry of the Interior Abdul Mateen Qaniee said the Reuters news agency.
According to the Ministry of the Interior, it is currently not clear whether it was a terrorist attack.
