Everyone has gotten to know Lars Lindberg by now.
He has worked for TV4 for over ten years and is so strongly associated with Swedish hockey.
Now he shows his own skills out on the ice and surprises everyone.
He has become known as the hockey maniac from Myckle, Skellefteå, and everyone who follows Swedish hockey knows who Lars Lindberg is. He has commented on SHL since 2012 and has worked for TV4 for over ten years.

Nowadays, he is a very popular presenter and a real profile in both HockeyAllsvenskan and SHL. No one could have missed Lindberg’s pleasant supervision and gentle voice during the hockey broadcasts on TV4.

In 2023, the 38-year-old was also nominated as “Programme of the Year” at Guldskölden. Lars himself has admitted that he loves hockey and it is very clear in him how much he likes a puck on ice that you hit with a stick.

But what about Lars Lindberg’s own hockey talent? He shows it himself by stepping out onto the ice in Scaniarink, with a stick in his hands and only gym shoes on his feet, see the video below.

Then the TV4 profile surprises everyone by sending three pucks towards the goal.
“It’s not bad to shoot like that without skates,” writes one user on Facebook.
“Good pressure in the stuff, with hockey gloves they would have been harder,” writes another.
“Wow, you can, Lars. I didn’t think so, what a heavy shot. Have you played hockey?”, writes a third.
Lindberg himself was not as impressed with his shots and offered a joke.
“Uh, it’s a loan club. It will be difficult with loan clubs,” he says in the video, see below.
