What kind of event is this? Spotlight Hour is an event that takes place every Tuesday. There are one or more Pokémon that are the focus and appear almost everywhere during the event.
In addition, there is also a bonus for the Pokémon that is also active during the event.
In the next spotlight hour, 3 Pokémon are waiting for you: Nebulak, Twirllight and Lichtel. All three Pokémon are Ghost-type, while Lichtel is also Fire-type.

Spotlight Hour on October 22nd – Start and Bonuses
When does the spotlight hour start? As always, the spotlight hour begins at 6:00 p.m. After an hour, at 7:00 p.m., it ends again.
Which bonuses are active? If you catch Pokémon during the Spotlight Hour, you will receive double the amount of experience points. It doesn’t matter which Pokémon you catch. The bonus applies to every catch.
Can you catch the Pokémon as Shiny? Yes. All 3 Pokémon are already available in their shiny forms in Pokémon GO. With a bit of luck you might be able to get hold of one or two shiny ones.
Is the spotlight hour worth it? You can collect one or two additions for your team during the spotlight hour.
If you evolve Nebulak into Gengar, you will receive a spirit attacker that is weaker than other Pokémon, but can strengthen your team if you still have weak points here. While the Crypto variant is a little better, with Mega Gengar you even get a very strong attacker.
You can even use Mega Gengar as a poison attacker. Here you get the strongest attacker of this type.
You can develop Lichtel into Skelabra. This monster is at least a decent Pokémon as both a spirit and fire attacker, although it is not one of the top attackers in Pokémon GO.
The last evolution of Zwirrlicht, Zwirrfinst, is not particularly good as an attacker for raids, but can shine in the combat league. If you use it in the Hyper League, you will get one of the best Pokémon in the league.
