Five days after the discovery of Lina’s body, investigators will now have access to new information which could be decisive in this case.
Wednesday October 16, almost a year to the day after the disappearance of Lina in Bas-Rhin, the body of the teenager, who had not given any sign of life since September 23, 2023, was found lifeless in a watercourse in a wooded and isolated area in the town of Sermoise-sur-Loire, in Nièvre, more than 400 kilometers from the place of his disappearance. Since then, the investigation has continued and the gendarmes continue their work tirelessly to shed light on this sordid affair.
According to information from BFMTVrevealed this Monday, October 21, the autopsy on Lina’s body was able to be carried out this weekend of October 19 and 20. Before the announcement by the Strasbourg public prosecutor last week, genetic analyzes carried out urgently by the Criminal Research Institute of the National Gendarmerie (IRCGN) were able to confirm that it was indeed the missing young woman. .
Lina’s funeral organized on Friday
