In recent years, individual characters from the Netflix series have gradually been reintegrated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe after they had previously been generously removed from it. As Marvel Studios revealed at New York Comic-Con, fans can soon look forward to the return of the Red Devil from Hell’s Kitchen. Daredevil: Born Again starts on March 4, 2025 on Disney+. The first season includes a total of nine episodes. And the best news is: The second season was ordered a long time ago.

Daredevil, portrayed by Charlie Cox, most recently appeared in MCU projects such as She-Hulk and Spider-Man: No Way Home. Now his own story continues and of course an old acquaintance cannot be missing: villain Wilson Fisk, better known as Kingpin. He is again played by Vincent D’Onofrio.
Daredevil: Born Again also marks the third (!) appearance for D’Onofrio in the new MCU era. He was previously brought back via the Hawkeye and Echo series. Now he meets his archenemy Daredevil again for the first time in six years – and many other familiar characters from the Marvel Netflix series.
Deborah Ann Woll brings back Karen Page and Elden Henson once again takes on the role of Foggy Nelson. But another announcement has caused the most excitement so far: Punisher actor Jon Bernthal is also back. We’ll be excited to see how much toughness he can smuggle into the MCU.
Which Marvel series are coming alongside Daredevil?
The WandaVision spin-off Agatah All Along is currently running on Disney+. In addition to Daredevil: Born Again, Ironheart is scheduled for release in 2025.
