A 45-year-old man is sentenced to probation after threatening to kill a 14-year-old boy on a sports day, writes Helsingborgs Dagblad. The background must have been that the boy got into a fight with the man’s stepdaughter.
The incident occurred in Höganäs in June last year. A girl called her stepfather and was upset after an argument between herself and a 14-year-old boy.
When the man got there, he grabbed the boy and pulled him away. According to the boy, he then said “one more time and I’ll kill you”. The incident was filmed by another student and witnessed by several teachers.
Helsingborg’s district court is now sentencing the man against his denial for minor assault and illegal threats. The penalty is probation and SEK 10,000 in damages.
