On Kungsholmen in central Stockholm, more precisely on St: Eriksgatan, a man has driven straight into the shop window of a clothing store.
– It is an older gentleman who has driven the car, says Ola Österling, the police’s spokesperson.
The man was not injured, but the vehicle needs to be recovered from the scene.
– I have not heard that it is supposed to be something serious, but he has lost control and backed into the shop window, says Ola Österling.
Caught on surveillance camera
The entire incident was filmed on a surveillance camera. No one is said to have been injured in connection with the incident that occurred at 8:56 p.m.
The police patrol at the scene has requested that a glass emergency come out and a report of negligence in traffic has now been drawn up.
